It's essential for me to know that we are all part of this heavenly family, because knowing this truth helps me see everyone around me as my literal spirit siblings; it doesn't matter how they look or what race they are from. This truth influences me to choose to be more compassionate and strive to follow my Savior, Jesus Christ, in the way He thinks of others, and how He connects with and shows them His love.
