What are you doing regularly to come unto Christ?
" 25 And it came to pass that I began to be old; and, having no seed, and knowing king aBenjamin to be a just man before the Lord, wherefore, I shall bdeliver up cthese plates unto him, exhorting all men to come unto God, the Holy One of Israel, and believe in prophesying, and in revelations, and in the ministering of angels, and in the gift of speaking with tongues, and in the gift of interpreting languages, and in all things which are dgood; for there is nothing which is good save it comes from the Lord: and that which is evil cometh from the devil.
26 And now, my beloved brethren, I would that ye should acome unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel, and partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption. Yea, come unto him, and boffer your whole souls as an coffering unto him, and continue in dfasting and praying, and endure to the end; and as the Lord liveth ye will be saved." (Omni 1: 25-26)
And here's the commentary entitled: "Come unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel.” :
"The invitation “Come unto Christ” appears often in the Book of Mormon. In fact, one of the book’s main purposes is to extend this invitation to everyone. As you read Omni 1:25–26, what words or phrases do you find that describe how to come unto Christ? What will you do to come unto Him more completely?"
Some of the words and phrases I found in this passage that describe how to come unto Christ are: partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption, offer your whole souls as an offering unto him, continue in fasting and prayer, and endure to the end.
To come unto Him more completely, I am choosing to be more grateful of everything than I've ever been before, keep my prayer in my heart throughout the day every day--always talking to the Lord or having a conversation with Him and make sure I'm making the most of each moment he's giving me to stay in this earthly existence so that every breath He is lending me will be more meaningful and when I meet Him come judgement day He will say to me: "Well do, thou good and faithful servant."
