Doctrine and Covenants 59: 3; 52: 10; 60: 2; 62: 1; 60: 7; 61: 6; 62: 9; 63: 47

What difference does it make in our lives when we remember that God is always with the faithful?

"Yea, blessed are they whose feet stand upon the land of Zion, who have obeyed my gospel; for they shall receive for their reward the good things of the earth, and it shall bring forth in its strength." (Doctrine and Covenants 59: 3)

"10 Let them go two by two, and thus let them preach by the way in every congregation, baptizing by water, and the laying on of the hands by the water’s side." (Doctrine and Covenants 52: 10)

"But with some I am not well pleased, for they will not open their mouths, but they hide the talent which I have given unto them, because of the fear of man. Wo unto such, for mine anger is kindled against them." (Doctrine and Covenants 60: 2)

"Behold, and hearken, O ye elders of my church, saith the Lord your God, even Jesus Christ, your advocate, who knoweth the weakness of man and how to succor them who are tempted." (Doctrine and Covenants 62: 1)

"And in this place let them lift up their voice and declare my word with loud voices, without wrath or doubting, lifting up holy hands upon them. For I am able to make you holy, and your sins are forgiven you." (Doctrine and Covenants 60: 7)

"Nevertheless, all flesh is in mine hand, and he that is faithful among you shall not perish by the waters." (Doctrine and Covenants 61: 6)

"Behold, the kingdom is yours. And behold, and lo, I am with the faithful always. Even so. Amen." (Doctrine and Covenants 62: 9)

"47 He that is faithful and endureth shall overcome the world." (Doctrine and Covenants 63: 47)

And here's the introductory commentary to this week's reading assignment: June 9–15: “I Am with the Faithful Always” Doctrine and Covenants 60–63 :

"In early August 1831, Joseph Smith and other elders of the Church were preparing to return to Kirtland after a short visit to the “land of Zion” (Doctrine and Covenants 59:3). The Lord had wanted them to preach the gospel during their trip (see Doctrine and Covenants 52:10), and some of them did so diligently. But others were hesitant. “They hide the talent which I have given unto them,” the Lord said, “because of the fear of man” (Doctrine and Covenants 60:2). Many of us know how these elders felt. Even though we love the gospel, fear and doubt might keep us from sharing it. But the Lord is merciful. He “knoweth the weakness of man and how to succor [us]” (Doctrine and Covenants 62:1). Scattered throughout these revelations to early missionaries are reassurances that can help us overcome our fears and shortcomings: “I am able to make you holy.” “All flesh is in mine hand.” “I am with the faithful always.” And “He that is faithful and endureth shall overcome the world.” (Doctrine and Covenants 60:761:662:963:47.)"

Remembering that God is always with the faithful is just so comforting. A Bible passage says, "If God is with me, who can be against me?" This passage comes to mind whenever I'm going through a challenging situation and I would always rise above every situation because I am not alone, the Lord is with me always indeed.
